Our Hemp Energy Bars are made with hemp hearts, full of plant based protein and heart healthy GOOD fats.

Hemp Hearts or otherwise known as Hemp Seeds contain all nine essential amino acids and are well-absorbed by our bodies, making them a great source of vegan protein.

They are also very nutritious in essential fatty acids linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), which studies have found reduce cholesterol and lower blood pressure.
