Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.
Recommended Adult Dose: 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules at bedtime per day or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effect. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Do not use if you have diarrhea, haemorrhagic diseases, hypermenorrhea/profuse menstrual flow/heavy periods, allergy/hypersensitivity to members of the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill parsley), or if you are pregnant. Keep out of reach of children. Allergens: Contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans. Sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal is broken. For freshness, store in a cool, dry place. Drug Interactions: Do not use if you are taking anticoagulant/antiplatelet medications (e.g., warfarin, Ticlid). As black cohosh may interact with CYP2E1 and CYP2D6 substrates, health care practitioners should be aware of potential drug interactions. The use of vitex is contraindicated in conjunction with bromocriptine, metoclopramide, dopamine agonists, or antipsychotic drugs.
